Even though the calm bites didn't help with my pup's anxiety he definitely did not mind the taste of them. I received excellent customer service when I requested a refund.

My kid - Hunter -- A >13 ESS with severe osteoarthritis, pain and inflammation has been taking Grapiprant along with other OTC for over a year and only the Grapiprant has helped him. I stopped the plethora of other chews, bones, pills etc.. that didn't help. As a disabled Veteran with chronic pain, I have a knowledge of CBD/THC and after >20 years of Opiates I decided to to try Honest Paws to supplement "G" for Hunter, within a few days I could really see a difference. At first I didn't think it was the Chews and Bones. Well the rest of the story is - Hunter is up and around, much less pain, learning to walk again, following me everywhere I go, happy, energetic and it is awesome to see him doing so well. I have to say in my experience has been a life changer for him and me! Even when he isn't close and I pick up the bag of chews all of a sudden he's right there

Almost two weeks later and my shipment is still not delivered. Did they deliver it by bike. Never again will I buy from them.

Very poor shipping policy. Free shipping is pushed to increase order total and delivery is 10 days or more. Don't even care about the product at this point. I bought $126 in product that will take 12 days to get here. This is not acceptable. Shipping was not explained very well by the website. First and last order, not worth waiting nearly 2 weeks for order. Customer service is just as lazy.
