Do not get a subscription with them. I wanted to trust them and their products. My dog had a bad reaction to their CBD oil, ow they keep charging me after I notified them of the issue and asked to cancel my subscription. I have tried to delete my entire account on three separate attempts, was promised my subscription had been cancelled, and they continue to charge my card. I have gone in and deleted my account, and somehow they are still charging me. And good luck getting a refund. I have had to contact my bank, they are pursuing this and I have had to block Honest Paws from my bank account, debit card, etc. One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long time.

Every one in a while I run into a glitch with the website, specifically around using reward points. Each time, the Honest Paws customer experience team get it/me sorted out. I always appreciate the quick responses and help.

In age of AI I was impressed with the personal HUMAN customer service that I received. The followup and answers to questions . ..... impressive. The product has been able to deliver the results we were expecting. Our aging baby has a new spring in her step!

If your pet’s Hemp Oil is needed based on delivery date, I recommend shopping elsewhere. My purchase did not move from the departure site from 7/10 - 7/14/25. After complaining, Honest Paws finally started shipment. Received 7/18. Shipment was so frustrating that that I ordered another order of Hemp Oil (Charlie&Buddy) from another merchant 7/14 and their Hemp Oils was delivered 7/16 as a regular shipment (yes, in two days). No, I do not recommend Honest Paws because of poor quality control of wasting the customers time. For the cost, it should have been sent by FexEx free. I hope Dis-Honest Paws is not your first or second choice, or third. Even though I received their product, I am using Charlie & Buddy’s Hemp Oil. I recommend using Charlie & Buddy to save yourself a headache, your time, and money. Unbelievable, yet believable that quality control is so lacking. Not recommended!

I misunderstood who the shipper was for my order and when I searched for info with my tracking #, UPS said they had no information on my shipment. I sent an email to Honest Paws on Sunday morning, July 13, asking what happened to my shipment. Your representative, Gina, got back to me later that day (Sunday) to let me know the shipper was USPS, not UPS, and sent me a screen shot of the status of my order, which was scheduled to be delivered the next day (which it was). She was very polite and professional and I appreciated her quick response.

When I emailed about my order, Miriam replied quickly. It was immediately obvious that she was professional but personable. I really appreciate that. There's nothing more annoying that getting a form letter response. Miriam took the time to ask a few questions to determine how best to help and she certainly came through! We have been buying Honest Paws products for over 10 years and we will continue to do so. Thank you Miriam!!!

Crystal is an awesome CS rep and listens to your concerns. She's passionate about the product and also proving exceptional customer service. The product is also great and helping my dog a lot with her mobility.
