Finding your various email addresses challenging as it is not easily known who they are from. Some end up in spam folder. It would be helpful to use the same email address throughout the process… It would also be helpful when on the phone with claim person for that person to explain the actual process and protocols in order to streamline the reimbursement process, Perhaps an online form to complete would be mired in efficient? We thought re read an e-check was being submitted to us, but now cannot find that email.
