Great costumer service. They made the process easy for me and was very helpful. They approved my claim and sent my check fast

I’ve had this home warranty before and never had an issue, but this time we did. We followed all of the requirements and were initially denied a claim, even though the repair had been pre-approved. Why? The invoice we received from the repairman did not specifically say “paid in full” although the invoice indicated we paid the full invoice amount via check. After I questioned, the payment was approved. In addition, the check has been slower to arrive, whereas when we used this warranty before the check arrived within just a couple of days.

Great customer service, however, I wish they would’ve explained to me that I could’ve gotten a new dryer as opposed to trying to have the old dryer repaired. They company they sent out was never able to get my dryer working and I ended up purchasing a new dryer on my own which cost about $700.

I love this company. They were quickly to resolve any issue that I have and make sure it qualified person comes and takes care of it. They even follow up afterwards to make sure I’m happy and that everything worked out great.
