Home Warranty serves as an additional product source to a wide range of businesses including real estate agencies, utility companies, property management, mortgage lending, home inspection, financial planning, residential construction, and independent insurance agencies. We are committed to utilizing trusted, local servicers who can ensure a timely response to customer needs. We pride ourselves on our LIVE call answering during core business hours with two call centers in the U.S. We also provide our customers with active, responsive District Sales Representatives who help agents and companies every step of the way.

Home Warranty Inc. was responsive and quick with the turnaround time on my warranty claim and reimbursement. My technician completed his work, replacing my garage door opener on October 20th, and today, October 22nd, I received my electronic reimbursement check.
