Great process that is huge for making sure you can be at the top of the offer list with cash. I recommend selling your own home fast because the rental rate from Homeward is very high.

We were able to get into our new home 2 months earlier than if we had bought with a contingency offer. The team at Homeward walked us through the process. We spent less in fees than if we had to rent elsewhere and pay for storage until closing.

Getting a bridge loan was great but our experience with the Leander was not great.

There service comes with a fee but the team was very transparent and able to answer all my questions as they came up. Our only complaint, was how time seemed to be wasted. If we were informed from the beginning about everything that was needed from us, we would have sent it all at once. We would think we were done, and then they would request something else. It just made us wonder if this was intentional, to make the process take longer, therefore costing a little more money. Overall, we like how we were made cash buyers in this difficult market. Thank you.
