They had 5% concessions on properties they owned. Really kept the cash to close down

Loan officers were terrific to work with. They were helpful, informative, and had good follow through. Underwriting drove me crazy with all the redundant information they asked us to provide. I think most underwriting departments in all mortgage company's act the same way. It's the process that is uncomfortable not necessarily the underwriters themselves.

Thank you so much for the honest and thoughtful feedback! It's great to hear that our loan officers were helpful and delivered on follow through, as that's exactly the experience we strive to provide. We also appreciate you sharing your thoughts on the underwriting process. Your feedback is valuable as we continuously look for ways to make every step of the journey as smooth as possible. We're grateful for your taking the time to share your thoughts with us.

This was an elderly couple who needed to move quickly into an assisted living facility as the wife was failing quickly. The 55+ community was having slow sales, but Homeward made it happen.

Thank you so much for sharing this. Situations like this one are exactly why we do what we do — when time is of the essence and the stakes are deeply personal, we want families to feel supported every step of the way. We're truly honored to have been able to help this couple transition quickly and smoothly during such a challenging time. Wishing them comfort and care in their next chapter.
