We wouldn’t have been able to purchase our dream home if not for the assistance of Homeward. Our previous house was not yet sold so we had to submit a contingent offer for the new property which was declined. That’s when we enlisted Homeward to purchase the home on our behalf (we later bought it from them). We live in a very competitive real estate market and would have lost out on our new home without Homeward. They were very easy to work with and clearly cared about helping us.
