Great company, good experience

Using Homeward to purchase our new home was a great experience. First, it alleviates a lot of stress during the process by not feeling pressured to sell before you buy. I really appreciated being able to take our time and find the right house versus one that works - especially with a toddler in the mix. Second, their staff was outstanding. Each person I interacted with was very responsive and knowledgeable. Lastly, they sent mobile notaries to us to finalize the sale/purchase. This really did save us time during our work days. Overall, the reduced stress and seamless process made it well worth it!

Homeward was a blessing for my family! The whole time I was thinking it was too good to be true and that something was going to come up or I would "learn" something when it was too late. That never happened, they were extremely transparent and it all went smoothly as they explained from the very beginning. We were able to get the house of our dreams in a cutthroat market and I don't think we would have been able to do that if not for Homeward. The team is amazing!

My fiance and I recently worked with Homeward to purchase our first home together. My real estate agent and long time friend recommended I use homeward, at first I had very little knowledge of what homeward does for home buyers, until I spoke with homeward they broke down the entire process for us. The approval process was so easy provided them with all necessary documents, they asked for additional items and I was approved fairly quickly. I was notified were approved Saturday Morning that weekend we found a home we fell in love with after attending it's open house. We placed an offer on Sunday night and by Tuesday the house was under contract. Throughout the entire process it was easy, working with Josh, Melissa and Debbie was great, they were very responsive and made sure to let me know if they were going to be out of office at any time if that came up. After homeward closed with the seller we received the keys and we were able to move into the home, we just closed on December 1st which made it just under a month after they closed with the seller. The entire process was quick and easy, I would 100% recommend homeward to any of my friends who are looking to purchase a home in this competitive market. Thank you to Debbie, Josh, Melissa, and the rest of the homeward team for such an easy process and for helping us purchase our first home.
