An excellent Experience
I used Homeward and have recommended this company to many of my friends and family as a means to be able to buy a home that you really want in today’s market as a cash purchase. I sat things up with Homeward and found a home that I really wanted and they purchased it for me before I listed my home, which sold the next day. I would’ve most likely been taking a house that I really wasn’t that thrilled about because my home would’ve sold to quickly. When relocating to Texas we heard about…
When relocating to Texas we heard about Homeward. We figured it was our best option for two reasons; it would allow us to buy a new home before we had sold our current home AND it would allow us the luxury of making cash offer. From the word go the Homeward team was in contact and always available to answer questions. Our realtor had never used Homeward either so they made sure he understood all as well. We made an offer via Homeward and the very first house we offered on was OURS! The sellers even confirmed that they had higher offers than ours...but the fact that it was cash was why they chose ours. We were very lucky to sell our current home quickly and two weeks after we started "renting" from Homeward we bought our home back! Everything about the process was smooth and easy.
