HomewardReviews of homeward.com

I cannot say enough good things about Homeward, the people they help and the people who work for them. An absolutely seamless process, we were able to sell our home and move into a much needed bigger space SEAMLESSLY. We heard about Homeward through our realtor, and I wish we had applied with them sooner! We saved money by using Homeward Mortgage and Homeward Title, but the savings are small compared to how much time and headaches we saved just by being able to put in a great cash offer on our home - it's insane to try to compete with these buyers otherwise! 10/10 - HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very helpful throughout the process!

They are very responsive throughout the process and made buying home easier

Fantastic home buying services! Really helps make you a competitive buyer and if you’re buying and selling at the same time, their help is indispensable. Great customer service too, friendly and always ready to answer questions.

Great communicators and easy process to use for qualification and offers. Our offer was selected due to it being a cash offer and having the reputation of Homeward behind it.

Just completed purchasing our dream home using Homeward's cash offer program. This is a definite game changer! From the first phone call to all the portals and websites, everything is laid out so simply-- seems too good to be true-- but everything for our purchase was as advertised on the website! Communication is Homeward's strong suit. Our Transaction Coordinator was fantastic! Miles C. really knows his stuff and is an excellent communicator and is very detail oriented, which I appreciate. In this super competitive market, we were able to put a cash offer in the first day the home was on the market. Our offer was $100K below list price but we were able to offer cash, quick close (2 weeks), and waived appraisal (which still came in above our sale price on both closings!). The Homeward cash offer won the bid for us, for sure! Although the real estate agents involved in our transaction were not familiar with Homeward, after this sale both were very enthusiastic about the offering and are now learning more in order to offer their services to their other clients. Homeward is the real deal and at the forefront of a new style of lending. They've definitely got it down to a science. I am recommending to all my friends and colleagues without hesitation.

This was the best experience buying a house in this crazy market. I highly recommend. We were able to buy our dream home with a cash offer, move into our dream home and then sell our old home without worrying. Best experience ever, hands down.

Great experience. The cash offer feature helps you get the house, especially considering the current market. And their staff are quite competent, friendly and explain every step in the process.
