Hi Mark, We’re really sorry for the long delivery time and for the confusion regarding the Red Light Therapy device. We completely understand your disappointment. To clarify, the Red Light Therapy device is water resistant, so it can be brought into the bathroom or shower area. However, it is not waterproof, and we do not recommend placing it directly in the shower or exposing it to direct water pressure, especially around the charging port. We’ve also reached out to you by email so we can assist you directly and properly resolve any concerns with your device. We hope to hear back from you soon. Again, we sincerely apologize for the delivery delay and the confusion caused by the information regarding water resistance. Thank you for your feedback.
