Hi Tye, Thank you so much for the amazing 5-star review! We’re thrilled to hear that you had such a great experience with the shipping, packaging, communication, and most importantly, the product itself. We especially love hearing that the Onyx helps avoid waking up others with a loud alarm. Your description of it as a “warm tug and hug around your wrist” is fantastic! 😊 We truly appreciate your support and recommendation. It means a lot to our team!

Hi there, I’m really sorry for the confusion and for the issue this has caused. The Red Light Therapy device is water resistant, so it can be used in a bathroom or shower area. However, it is not waterproof, and we do not recommend placing it directly under the shower stream or exposing it to direct water pressure, especially around the charging port. I sincerely apologize if our advertising made this distinction unclear. We’d be happy to look into your specific situation and make sure we assist you properly. Please provide your order number and the email address used when placing the order so we can locate your purchase and have our support team assist you. Rest assured, we’re here to help resolve this for you.
