Unhelpful or non-existent staff, bothered me for documentation they were supposed to find themselves, excessive time to completion. Horrible company.

A note of warning for all concerned: stay away from this company. They violate your privacy, make false allegations regarding the information you gave provided and so on. It has been for me a totally absurd and harrowing experience. Considering to ask for legal advice how to deal with this.

This company does a horrible job with screening and checking on employment that they have me needing to submit proof of employment for everywhere I worked at despite giving them the right contact info. On top of that I have a duplicate issue with a company I was employed at because it is literally the same company on the issue screen twice like it was someone's job just to point and click mindlessly on the buttons on the screen. Honestly, it is like I am doing the application twice because they fail to do the research themselves. When dealing with these guys the service is atrocious resulting in hour plus wait times to speak to someone who may or may not do their job of relaying important information to the appropriate people. HireRight do not even bother giving me the same copy and paste reply as everyone else is getting because it further demonstrates my point that your company has demonstrated through these experiences that y'all are the epitome of the expression "nobody is home".

Ridiculously incompetent company that just seems to be wasting everyone's time.

I started the process 2 weeks ago. I was proactive and submitted my diploma along with my transcript with the number to call them if they need it to verify my education . I also submitted my most recent paycheck stub from my previous employer because they said they couldn’t verify my employment there. And what’s happened is that they created an extension one representative said although the documents were submitted online. She said oh I see it. I’ll make a note of it. I called today and now I have two case numbers, and they can’t explain why. It’s still pending the same two documents that I submitted already. It’s quite unbelievable and frustrating. There are other companies that the employers can use. Why they use HireRight still I’ll never know.

This company kept calling to confirm if someone worked at us. The first time we said no, but they kept on calling and emailing. They also have people that purport to be speaking English but are incomprehensible so the call takes ten minutes more than it needs to

This is my experience with this company, they were hired by the hospital I work for. They were to verify educational fulfillments for the Nursing staff. Each individual nurse was to provide places where they attended school and degree obtained. My problem with this company is you provide credible and current schools and they report they cannot get the information, they want you to get the records. What are they being paid for? My first Nursing school no longer exist, so I understand they would have problems, so I provided a copy of my diploma, yet on the final report to my hospital they documented that I had opted out, this is a total misrepresentation of the truth. My second school is still in existence and Hire Right said they could not get information. I just finally sent them my transcript from my final school. I am not the first person at my place of employment who has had unsatisfactory experiences with this company. The many one stars for this company are well deserved, if there were a zero rating it would be assigned.
