The most ridiculous background company
For incompetent employees, HireRight is number one for those who forfeit a salary because of their incompetence. They performed a background check over a month ago and informed me the County Courts had not responded, which I found interesting since I was able to speak directly with the Court Clerk. In response to my inquiry regarding my background check, I was ignored by HireRight. I hope they get slapped with a lawsuit!

Absolutely disgusted with their…
Absolutely disgusted with their appalling service !! Miss leading and annoyingly repetitive … ever so snail like slow processes …. They have no duty care or consideration for clients !! And what’s even more annoying is the fact they shamelessly defend their slow methods and processes and then blame the employer for their ways … They love sugar coating convos just end or dismiss a conversation… need this organisation shutting down tbh , they aren’t doing any one any help the way they go about doing Buissnes !!

The worst company to work with
The worst company to work with. They send the wrong forms, lose track of forms, don't recognize Canadian ID's, won't respond to any questions. 100% the most difficult company ever. Definitely not contacting customer support. They cannot help at all. Even though they send the wrong forms, don't understand Canadian ID's and never respond

Good Luck
They won’t call you back like they say. If you’re trying to get ahold of them, press the number that they tell clients to press, not customers. They only answer to “clients” because that’s how they get their money, they do not care about customers. If you have an issue that needs resolved, and you do get a hold of someone, do not get off the phone until they handle it because you won’t be able to contact them again.

Nasty horrible firm
Nasty horrible firm , mostly are racist , as some may agree on here , This organisation needs to be shut or suspended !! 299 reviews on here and all have awful experience to share !! They deliberately fail applicants to make more money 💰 cheap skate company run by cow boys !! An embarrassment to the industry tbh !!

2 Weeks and counting…
It’s been two weeks so far, going on three weeks and I’m still waiting for my background check to complete. I called asking what’s the hold up and they said PA stated by a certain date the paperwork needed would be sent. PA said by the 7th of April the paperwork would be sent. I called HireRight on the 12th of April asking what’s going on and they said they were supposed to have it by the 7th, mind you the day I called was the 12th. I asked what’s the next step and they said they could request an expedited service. WHY DO I HAVE TO ASK THEM TO DO THEIR JOB?!!!! Why didn’t they do that on the 8th or do a follow up? THIS IS PEOPLE’S LIVES THEY’RE EFFECTING!!! Now today is April 17th and still no progress. Since when does a background check take 3 weeks? This company is unprofessional and needs to be avoided.

Cant read court transcripts correcty…
Cant read court transcripts correctly or inadequete info obtained yellow flaged me for dismissed cases didnt throughly investigate case gave half story to enployer theese casses were dismissed and should have never been yellow flagged i passed a federal housing check but not yours im calling better buisness beurau

Horrible company
Horrible company, they don't even have emplyees in the US, customer service number is not available, the people doing the background check are not professional at all, they don't even know how to read the article of incorporation!
