The tracking system was a but haywire because it was the holidays but Gabriella solved everything and was so kind and thorough. Also the product was beautiful

First and last time I'm ordering anything from here. None of my info updated, I still haven't received my package, and your systems tell me I don't even have an account when attempting to even log in to your 'tracking services'.

Hemper has a killer website showing off all of their products including vaping and smoking tools edibles hemp and oil cartridges and much more the con of it all is when you place your order you are not aware of the fact that they do not have it in stock until they have already taken your payment and you are left waiting for your order to be delivered for weeks at a time due to them having to go through the middleman and or another company to get your product and have them ship it to you.

They duplicated my order and failed to respond to my emails. There’s no customer service number available.. I waited 3 days before I heard back about how it was too late to correct an error that could’ve been corrected if their responded in the amount of time they said the would respond 24-48 hours. I had to hunt for an email which I got on Route because I couldn’t find an email or number anywhere on the website. They ship pretty quickly on business days but I don’t want my money taken from me again. I’m on a budget.

I’ve bought numerous items from hemper and have loved them all. I have referred so many people to this site who have also made purchases, again very pleased with everything. So I’m a little disappointed in the fact that the one time I have a product issue, after purchasing the item little more than a month ago (like days) and I’m told sorry it’s no longer covered, but here’s 10% off. Companies that stand behind their products make loyal customers.

Horrible. They canceled my order.

I got a reply to my email in a very short amount of time! Sienna was very helpful and made me feel less anxious about having to get my address fixed!
