never sent my order, asked for a review, I emailed them saying that it was hard to review something sitting in their warehouse. They offered me a $5 credit on my $400 order because “two-week inventory,” sent me a link to their back end tracking which I don’t have the credentials for (because it is for company employees.) Then they had the gall to ask for a rating on the help I received. Awful company

Love the product you provide however, your shipping time does not have a great track record. My last order took 13 days to ship. Not good for business. Sienna did a fantastic job getting back with me when I inquired about the late delivery.

She was informative, helpful,polite and insightful and got my inquiries and concerns all corrected.

There was no time given to my concern about being charged for six months worth of products which I did not request. Was unable to get the boxes to stop coming and I was unable to get a refund. I will be reaching out to my credit card to resolve the situation as your team was unwilling to do so with me.

Bought a 60$ bong. Fast shipping, but it came with scratches. Took out the bowl and it cracked the damn thing. Terrible company with Terrible products. Do not recommend buying.
