Only reason for 4 stars is the product I ordered was not in stock. Outside of that, the timeliness of customer support reaching out was fantastic. I was also given multiple options to make up for the situation. Great customer service and great products. Keep up the good work!

I received a survey to review my recent customer support with hemper. I didn't receive any support, sadly! /: I informed hemper multiple times that my brand new pipe battery's atomizer fell off within 2 days of use. I received no reply and now I'm being asked to review service that I haven't been given. I was really excited for the email so my issue could be resolved but now I'm just upset!

Don’t know yet! But Renisha sounded very sweet and reassuring in the email. Placed a big order and never received any tracking info. The Oder was placed about two weeks ago and decided to reach out since as mention on the website max of 5 business day in order to receive tracking info. My sister gifted me one of the Hemper spaceship bong and I know the products are so beautiful just hope I wasn’t forgotten 😭 Edit- I just read people’s review and I’m starting to get really worried my 200 dollar order will no be fulfilled… I HOPE I’m wrong 🥹

I made the mistake or ordering the wrong box. Sienna explained what happened and went out her way to assist with my getting the right one. She’s a value to your company. It’s my first please customer service experience in a while.

I placed a pretty sizable order through hemper during Black Friday while they had a promotional sale going on and they exceeded my expectations above and beyond. No other online site has the attention and care for their customers that hemper does. I had a question regarding my order and I sent an email to their support team, within the hour Sienna replied and cleared up all of the confusion I had. Hemper now is runnin a 4-20 promotional deal so I placed another order and yet again they have just set the bar so high all of my orders have come in fast and no mistakes. I have nothing but good things to say about Sienna and the hemper team. Thank you guys so much for all of your hard work!!

Let people know when the company shuts down for inventory. Telling me that it’s out of your control, I understand that, but something should be said on the site. I definitely wouldn’t have ordered and because of all this, I’m also canceling my subscription to Hemper, the boxes have been very repetitive anyway, I’ve been getting the same items.

Ordered a product with a 7-10 day delivery time that will not be delivered for nearly a month
