It has been almost 20 days and I have not heard a single thing about where my order is I was holding out hope that this store was just a little busy at the time but no they just completely suck as a business I’ve been trying to reach them everyday for over a week and o haven’t gotten one person to email me back this is an awful business and I hope it goes under

Slow delivery times. Order placed on 4/17, cbd products have not arrived.

I'm not sure why Hemper is getting low stars and bad reviews because their customer service is great. I've purchased from Hemper before and never had a problem. Ordered an item 2 weeks ago and it arrived broken due to Courier Service. I emailed Hemper support and was responded to Within 16 hours. No problems at all, they had me send it back and a new one has been sent. That's literally the definition of great customer service.

My purchase hasnt been shipped after 5 days

Still haven't received any information on my order. I've emailed twice, both times I was told I would receive the information in 48 hours. I won't recommend this company at all So I finally asked for my money back after several emails back and forth. I hope in the future they can send the product within the time stated.

the only reason i am giving five stars is for the customer service i received from the person that helped me resolve my issues with a delayed package after a week of receiving no updates for because the product was out of stock of the certain color i ordered with no notice that it was out of stock
