I love Vacay Delay! Used it going to and leaving Boston. Flight going and coming back to Florida was delayed and both lounges were very nice, comfortable, food was delicious and the service was excellent!

I received a voucher as soon as the notification came out that the flight was delayed. Unfortunately, the flight has already boarded and we sat at the gate the entire time so I was unable to use the voucher.

The vouchers could be valid for a few months and for all airports, so we could actually use them. Our flight was delayed firstly by 20 mins,then when we were already at gate, it got delayed by 45,70 mins. So we got the vouchers but we didnt have time to use it- we couldnt leave the gate as we didnt have enough time.
