Not sure.
Not sure.. this may be great on a real delay situation. I have only used the membership on one trip last month, but did not experience any flight delays or membership benefits. I may opt for the lifetinme membership, since so many flights are delayed.

My plane was delayed 60 minutes
My plane was delayed 60 minutes. We got on the plane before I received my voucher. I received the voucher the next day. I did not use it because I started my vacation and had no use for it. It was only good for 2 days. Won’t be back at the airport for 2 weeks.

The system is ok
The system is ok, it would be better if it was set up on an app. Pulling up the web site takes time.

Many airports that I travel do not have…
Many airports that I travel do not have this feature. Disappointing

We're sorry to hear that, Cheryl! While we have about 1300 lounge locations worldwide, not every airport has one. We encourage you to enter each flight you have, because the flight's departure airport is what helps determine if we can register the flight. I love the concept and I look forward…
I love the concept and I look forward to using it. I upgraded to the lifetime membership so that I don’t need to upgrade when it’s time to renew. Being a new platform, I understand that there are kinks to work out. Things I would like to see include an app and easier login. It would also be nice to have information on my subscription. Maps or directions to the lounges would also be helpful. Thank you for this service! I have used lounges in the past and they are such a good way to travel.
