Attentive to my travel I appreciate the prompt responses when my flights took off (all on time, as it happened).

The follow up before flight is good. Haven’t had any experience in delays yet.
Response from HelloVacaySep 1, 2023
Hi Arthur! We are glad to hear that you are enjoying our follow-up, and that your flights have been on time. We invite you to come back and leave another review once you have been able to utilize one of our lounge vouchers. Thank you for being a VacayDelay member!

Not available at my airport - RSW
Response from HelloVacaySep 1, 2023
We're sorry to hear that, Philip! While we have about 1300 lounge locations worldwide, not every airport has one. We encourage you to register your flights from other airports, such as your return flights back to RSW, so we can issue lounge access in the event of a delay.

I bought an annual, then upgraded to lifetime and the system does not reflect the upgrade.
Response from HelloVacaySep 1, 2023
Hi Daniel! We see the lifetime upgrade reflected in your profile and will email to ensure that you have everything you need to get started!

Your follow-up. Sometimes I get so busy that I miss taking action promptly, but your follow up helped. (My experience date is approximate.)

I like the idea of this, however it didn't work the one time my flight has been delayed since purchasing about 2 months back, which is disappointing. There was some sort of error / glitch with the system which I reported to the company and they replied to let me know they had their development team look into it. That's great, but then I am stuck at the airport paying for a service that's supposed to kick in during my delay and instead of benefiting from that paid service I'm instead doing free quality assurance for their app? Not impressed. An easy way to resolve this, obviously, would have been for customer assistance to manually intervene and offer me the benefits I had paid for. But instead, they just ship me to another department....

Hi Brandon! Thank you for providing such candid feedback. Our system did not allow you to register your flight during the timeframe that was expected. We know that we did not provide the expected level of service, and appreciate that you have brought it to our attention. Your feedback will allow us to do better in the future. Thank you for being a VacayDelay member.
