Finally installed the Ryse smart shade (wired) and it’s been a game changer! Highly recommend.

The package was delivered earlier than expected when no one was home and was left in plain view, with no attempt to hide it. It was stolen and Ryse customer service hasn’t even responded to my emails.

Great product. Works as It should. Great quality

I first bought my first one with the battery and lived. As a result, I bought Abe Zara one and bought the bridge to connect both and it’s working well.

So disappointed. These took a while to arrive and then when they got here they could t be installed because I don’t have a side wall. There’s a part you can get to adapt this but they never arrived. I’m now going to return these. Be warned they only work if you have a side wall and your window is “sunken”

Install does not take 5 minutes as claimed. I had 5 plus smartbridge. Took a very long time to install. Programming takes several attempts. Battery falls off very easily. I taped mine. Cheap plastic parts with minimal screw size. I’m an architect/engineer. I am very good at tech….but these things kicked my butt…max frustration. They are not cheap either. I expected better quality, easier installation, easier programming. Bottom line: I wouldn’t buy these again.

I purchase 1 to see how strong they were it is pulling a 10ft x 6 ft black out blind without any problem . Fixing and set up were very easy as well.

I purchased a Ryse "gadget" for $163.31 after seeing many ads for it. It took me 1 month to find a handyman to install them. Within 2 weeks the shade chain snapped. I then hired a window treatment professional to come take a look and he replaced the chain but cautioned me that the product was inferior and sure enough the second chain snapped 2 days later. I called Ryse and even though I had the box and receipt, they refused to allow a return due to the fact that it was outside their bogus 30 day return policy. I bought it around Christmas and it took me time to find someone to install etc etc. A product, especially in this price point should last longer than 30 days!! Do not buy this. Customer service is awful and their return policy is ridiculous. Who stands behind a product for just 30 days?? A company that knows that they are selling garbage.
