RYSE was easy to install and makes a huge difference in raising and lowering the shades to block out the sun. Absolutely love the look and ease of use.

The process is good, but not great. For instance, everyone’s going to want to start with one to see if it’s easy to install and to make sure it works for them personally. That was successful for me, but then when I had to go back and buy additional ones, I don’t get the benefit of the discount from my first purchase other than the 10% that already exists. If I were your sales team, I would make a big push to incentivize first time purchasers to purchase additional units at a deeper cost, thus increasing efficiency of sales opportunities, and a larger second purchase, also probably increasing NPS and decreasing Poore online reviews and consumer complaints. Just a simple, rookie mistake amongst your sales tech techniques that can be easily adjusted if anyone actually reads this.

Customer service is atrocious. It takes days to get a response

You lied in your marketing. You said it can be used in rentals and dont need to drill holes. My apartment building wou;d charge me a fortune if i did what your instructions told me to do. I cant use your product and i spent a fortune.

Easy to install. Work as promised. Completely satisfied.

Ordered their blind motors in the uk. Arrived in good time. Decided to return them. They asked me to return them to California which would have cost a fortune. Returned them to the uk return address on the original boxes. I requested a full refund. Told this would take max 30 days. Still no refund a month and a half later. Disputed the charge through Amex. Told that as a result, refund cannot be processed. Just issue a refund. It’s not rocket science. Really poor service and just no excuse not to refund. Hang on to your money.

A bit costly but in the end worth it. Didn’t buy motorized shades originally but once we learned the if Ryse we were eager to try it. Works great. Have recommend it to a neighbor and he installed 2. Very pleased.
