I ordered to smart shades. Neither of them works properly. Their email support does not answer. I have emailed them 3 times now with no response.

Installed was easy, however, connectivity has been an issue. Any time I have to adjust the blinds I have to click on each individual roller to get it connected before I can use both rollers in the group setting.

I ordered the new Ryse at my new home. I previously used the older generation Axis product so I thought I'd stay with the brand. After installing the new Ryse devices, I learned that they no longer support routines without first adding the Ryse Smart Bridge. Another $50 bucks and it arrived with NO setup instructions. I'm now into this for $350 and find it to be an inferior product. Why do I need a smart bridge to do what the older generation units could do without it? I'm not impressed.

Straightforward setup with modifications... 1. I attached the units using Command™ 15 lb Large Picture Hanging Strips instead of screws. 2. The instructions didn't specify that the Bridge needs to be in the same room as the shades. After an hour of connection issues while the Bridge was in the basement on Ethernet, I moved it to the shades' room and easily switched it to Wi-Fi. Besides this, the ordering process was fast & easy, the units are well made and the shades work great!

Ordering was easy. The device works well. But delivery was longer than expected. Canada Post was very slow.

Prompt delivery and very easy to set up. It wasn’t quite 10 minutes to set up as some reviews say, but not far off. Definitely recommend

It is advertised that the device will work with all roller shades, chains and clutches. This is untrue. It did not work with the chain and clutch system that has been installed. When I noticed it wouldn't work, never took it out of the box and requested a return. After returning 10% was deducted for re-stocking fee. I cannot honestly recommend this company or the products.

I love my new RYSE. It is great that I can automatically open my curtains, just enough to let the morning in to start my day, and then fully open them when I'm ready! So easy to setup with the app and feels like a litte bit of luxury.
