I was approved for a prescription but it was never sent to my pharmacy. This is the second time I’ve used Alpha Medical. Did not have an issue the first time. I messaged Alpha medical 3 days ago just to have them tell me to look at the message sent by the physician. Called my pharmacy and they still do not have my prescription. Why would they tell me to look at a message when I clearly stated I have not received my prescription yet? Very unhappy. Update: The same day shortly after I posted this review alpha medical reached out to me and they were very apologetic. Within two days or so I had my prescription. I am happy they resolved the issue but wish whoever read the messages actually read them. I do recommend Alpha Medical though. They are easy to use for the most part.

I've had 2 visits so far had only great experiences. It's such a welcome change to have a doctor listen to my concerns and make me feel supported. They have always responded to messages very quickly. I will definitely continue to use their services! Thank you!

I have been working with Alpha Medical now for a week. The service thus far has not been one to brag on. I have reached out multiple times after being approved for the prior authorization to be sent to the insurance company. I have not heard anything back yet. This is very disappointing because I expected better treatment.

It looks like this is the only way I might get my prescription sent to the pharmacy. I was approved 3 days ago and I know my pharmacy is tired of me calling to ask if it has been sent in. I’m embarrassed to keep calling. What else can I do to get a response to my messages? 😡

So happy with this service and to have someone finally help me with my weight loss issue as my other doctor has totally dismissed my concerns. And my provider is fast and efficient.

I have attempted to cancel my prescription now 4 times without success. My insurance and my FSA account continues to be charged. Despite messaging the alpha medical team, and receiving a response stating the shipments would stop, I continue to be charged and receive shipments.

They have gotten very slow in responses. Having troubles canceling services.

8 days after sending their support a message, I get a very long, pointless, unhelpful, generic canned response, that didn't even address the reason I contacted them. Looking through these reviews I see that they manage to respond to negative reviews within 24 hours. They also too want you to do their job of contacting insurance companies, gaining prior authorizations, etc. That is f***ing insane. EDIT: Over 20 days and Alpha Medical has still not responded to my pharmacy, insurance company, myself. Both my pharmacy and insurance company have faxed/called them numerous times and put in a lot of work to not receive any sort of response from Alpha Medical. In fact the prescriptions are no longer valid since they have ignored the repeated attempts to contact them. This is a trash company. I suggest filing chargebacks through your bank. The canned response about longer than average wait times is complete f****ing bull s***. They will take your money and ghost you. They should be shut down.
