They get back to you in a timely manner,I do wish they would communicate more just to check in

Hi Karen, Thank you for the review, and for the honest note alongside it. Quick replies when you reach out are one thing, hearing from us in between is another, and we hear you on that. Thank you for telling us.

After several years on same treatment plan an annual visit with a one year prescription of refills should be sufficient.

Online interaction is easy and there have been timely responses.

Hi, Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. Making care easy to reach is why we created Hello Alpha, and we are so glad the process and the response times have felt that way for you. If anything would make your experience even better, please share it with us anytime.

Very responsive communication. When your normal provider is unavailable, you're always given the option to wait for your normal provider or to access any available provider. This is a great option so that the patient can determine what can't wait. The downside is, you cannot pay for the basic plan, even though you are within the maximum number of visits, if you have medication prescribed. In addition, if your insurance requires a prior auth, alpha will certainly help with that, but they do not go beyond that to fight a denial.

Hi, Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that our flexible provider options have helped you manage your care on your own terms! Regarding our billing and PA process: our plans are structured to ensure we can provide the intensive clinical monitoring required for certain medications. While our team works hard to submit thorough Prior Authorizations, the final decision rests with the insurance carrier. However, we always want to ensure our patients feel supported. If you'd like to discuss the specifics of a recent denial or your plan type, please reach out to us in your support message thread so we can take a closer look.

A consistently positive experience with their providers across a variety of needs. I have recommended their services to friends that are also pleased with their experiences. The only less than positive interaction I've had was attempting to reach out to them to ask a general question not related to a current "visit" - it is extremely difficult to get in touch with them outside of a specific service being provided, and I did not receive a response to the e-mail I sent through their system - the only way I found to attempt contact.

Hi Bridget, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're so pleased to hear that you've had a consistently positive experience with our providers and that you've felt confident enough to recommend our services to your friends. We also sincerely appreciate you bringing your other concern to our attention. We apologize for the difficulty you experienced in trying to reach us for a general question and for the lack of a response to your email. We understand how frustrating this is, and it is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. Your feedback is invaluable and will be used to help us improve our contact process for questions not tied to an active visit. We want to ensure that all our patients feel heard and can easily get in touch with us whenever they need to.

I have lost over100lbs thanks to helloalpha. My only one complaint is sometimes the doctor isn’t the same for each visit. Some of the doctors aren’t as nice as others but other than that my experience has been great. Coming from someone who has major white coat syndrome this has been a life saver.

Hi, What fantastic news! Congratulations on losing over 100 lbs with HelloAlpha – that's truly inspiring. We're thrilled to know we've been a life-changer for you, particularly given your white coat syndrome. We take your feedback about provider consistency and differing "bedside manners" very seriously. This helps us identify areas for improvement and ensures we're providing the best possible experience for all our patients. Thank you so much for your kind words and for being a part of the HelloAlpha family!

Doctors are great, listen to you and give you the best medicine for your condition. When I started using this service, you could pay per visit which was great. The last time I used the site, they started requiring a monthly membership which I absolutely did not want. I looked at reviews very carefully and found it was easy to cancel after paying for the first month which is what I did. I don't know what will happen in a year when I want to renew my prescription, but I hope they go back to giving a per visit option.

Hi, Thank you so much for sharing your positive experience with our providers and the quality of care you received. We're delighted to hear that you felt heard and that our medical team provided you with the best treatment for your needs. We appreciate your feedback regarding the change to a monthly membership. We understand that this model may not suit everyone's preferences, and we value your perspective on the previous per-visit option. Your comments are important to us as we continually evaluate our service model to best meet the needs of our patients. We will certainly take your preference for a per-visit option into consideration for future service updates. We hope to continue providing you with excellent care when you need to renew your prescription in the future.
