The first two visits have been great. Now on my third visit, no response after numerous messages; now I am two weeks lapse on getting my medication. I paid them for the visit but no response or prescription. I am disappointed.

My mom, my dad and I all receive some type of care from Alpha medical. My dad has not received his prescription despite having asked the provider to resend it, 5 days ago. The automated message says to wait “72 hrs” since they are having delays. I have called, sent messages, and no one has gotten back to him. My mom received hers no-problem but not my dad. At this point, I don’t he’ll ever get his prescription. They really shouldn’t continue offering services if they are that short staffed.

I submitted my info for my telehealth visit on Monday 10/17/22. I am still currently waiting on a response from a provider. I friend of mine also submitted her info the same day and received her response and rx the next day. I have only heard good things about this telehealth service, but have yet to hear back from them. Edit: they have since responded and rx has been sent in! Thanks!

I love the variety of treatments you can access through the platform. It is affordable and immensely helpful. However, I have had multiple issues with them just not refilling prescriptions, which can be very troubling. When I reach out to support to ask about the prescriptions not being filled, it often takes over a week for them to respond. I ended up transferring my prescription to a local pharmacy because it was not worth the risk of not getting my meds in time.

I guess I have to resort to getting some attention here too. I have been sending messages to Alpha Medical for at least 4 days now with no response. My pharmacy hasn't been able to get their attention either. My prescription has ended and Alpha Medical has not sent over my new one yet, in fact one of the Doctors sent over a denial to my pharmacy after another doctor said they would send it right away. I know there is many people out there looking for the same thing I am, just common courtesy. If you are advertising good service, I expect it. I can even deal with the 72 hour wait if you would just follow up with what you say your going to do. Please if it's not too much of a bother, answer my messages!!

I completed my return visit on October 18th and have yet to receive a response. My first visit was quick and easy. The website says to allow for 76 hours for response which has now come and gone with no update. I am considering switching to another online provider as my medication needs to be re-filled by next week.

My wife cant get a doctor's note essentially stating she's capable of doing a job and her treatment is effective and it's taken 3 weeks and a honest bad review. To get an answer of we aren't going to fill this note out. Then on top of that in the same message try to bribe her with a 10 dollar credit to change her review. Funny how you can wait days or weeks for a response but you leave a bad review and they respond within hours and minutes when they want something from you.

I used to highly recommend hello alpha but Iwon't anymore. Now I need them to fill out a form for my employer and they won't respond back to me. I've had to send the paperwork back 3 times because they've failed to fill it out correctly. It has been almost a month that I have attempted to get this paperwork done and now my start date is pushed back due to their lack of compassion and professionalism to get the form filled out correctly and in a timely manner. Thanks. Just trying to manage my anxiety and make a living for my family and you're not making that possible.
