I have been with Hello Alpha for several years. Sometime it works great other times not so great. Customer support is not helpful. There is a lack of continuity between healthcare providers. And to be sure each healthcare provider does not look at your chart.

i am unable to login to my account and am awaiting feedback on my recent visit and next prescription. i have sent several emails with no response asking for help in this matter. any attempt to login takes me to the screen to see if i qualify, which i already have since i have my first Rx and had a follow up visit. Concerned i will have an interruption in medication and frustrated by lack of ability to obtain assistance in loggin in.

I order from Hello Alpha fro only the 2nd time and the needles that I paid for did not come with my order. I chatted with you AI bot and that I didn’t get my needles for my Zepbound Qwickpen and it told me to take pictures of all that I received. You all didn’t trust me when I said I didn’t receive my needles. I was not happy having to do this but I did it. Then I waited for a call or text about my missing needles and I still hav not received a call or my needles I paid for. So now I will have to REUSE the last needle from my 1st order so that I can use my Zepbound for the next 4 weeks. Something that was so easy for you all to fix, made me soo dissatisfied and untrustworthy of you all because no one cared Real person cared to reach out to me and send me my needles..

It sounds like there may be a quick misunderstanding—our team manages your prescriptions, but needle orders and payments are handled directly at pharmacy checkout. For your safety, please avoid reusing needles, as doing so can lead to infection or other complications. Moving forward, if you ever need a prescription written for additional needles so you can purchase them through your pharmacy, just send us a quick message in your portal and we’ll be happy to submit that for you!
