Hello AlphaReviews of helloalpha.com

I used Alpha last month and it was awesome. I was supposed to have a follow up last week, and no one reached out even after several attempts to contact them via message, email, and phone. They did however take my money immediately from my account 2 days ago with no follow through. I still have not heard from them, I am out of medication, and a very dissatisfied patient 🤬 I've been reviewing the recent reviews and it is quite disturbing. What is going on with the company in the time frame of one month? In response to alpha, I copied and pasted the whole review to my account for your review

I have been waiting almost one week, for my Rx to be sent to my pharmacy. My provider has not communicated with me, and I’ve completed my reassessment appointment.

Edit: Lowering my rating to a one star. They did in fact reach out to me as indicated in their response. They said that it can take up to 5 days to hear back from my provider. We’re now going on day 8, so even that was a false promise. They even responded acknowledging that a “few days without my medication will be ok while I wait”. They were great at first, but they've definitely ran into some issues. My spouse and I both requested refills days ago without a response from the doctor. We both also needed the pharmacy we had originally requested changed and messaged support, but there has been no answer to that. I'm sure they will get better, but I wouldn't start a new account with them right now. I do appreciate their good pricing, but that's likely what has caused their delay.

I’m frustrated because this company appears to have taken on more than they can handle. It’s been over 72hrs since my refill request without response. I know they are busy, but they haven’t communicated through their platform at all. I’ve also tried to send them a message to switch pharmacies from what I originally requested the doctor sent it to, but also no response. I’d recommend them in the past, but for now I’d avoid until they get everything straightened out.

I hate that I have to leave a negative review. I have loved using Alpha for the past year. I know they are inundated with people. However, I reached out to them on 10/20/22, 10/24 and 10/27. No response...just an announcement that says we will be in touch within 72 hours. It's been 8 days. They had zero issues charging my credit card for the "visit" that hasn't happened. Be sure to read all the reviews....there's a common theme. Also check Better Business Bureau for Alpha reviews and to leave feedback.

My first appointment was very quick and responsive. However, I sent a message at 11:30 am on 10/24/22 and it is now 11:50 am on 10/27/22 and I still have not had a response .

I had to previous appts with Alpha everything went excellent and then this 3rd appt on Monday 10/24/22 it’s been over 72hrs I’ve sent numerous emails and also called and left a message and emailed contact support nooone has reviwed my last visit it just says pending for four days now and I’m out of medication I also am a Alpha medical member and paid a co pay for the last visit at this point I was charged for a medical visit and no one has treated me today is 10/27/22
