Honestly the best customer service ever. My FNP Nichcole Rau was responsive and understanding when I was confused about a prescription. She wasn’t rude or condensing at all. Excellent experience and I definitely recommend!!

I would give it zero stars if I could. They take your money and say they will respond within 72 hours but don't. If you can't keep up with demand stop taking new patients. This is people's health after all. It took them 6 days to respond to me only to tell me that I should follow up in 2 weeks (which doesn't take into account that it already took a whole week to respond from when I first reached out to them with my request. So I basically paid money for nothing and in the meantime since they took so long to respond I had to go elsewhere and paid again a different service. This is honestly fraud. Save your money and go elsewhere. This is bad business.

Having same issues as others. Visit was 10/23. It is 10/28… NOTHING. I’ve called… which is beyond a joke… and I’ve emailed… sent multiple messages… NOTHING. No provider response no customer service response. Nothing. Refund my money. I will be out of medicine on Sunday. UPDATE: They’ll reply to you immediately if you give a bad review. SMH

I sent this message through the website messaging 3 days ago still with no reply. Would like to have my next dose in hand before it’s actually due. My follow up appointment was scheduledfor 11/18. I started injections on 10/12. I will be two weeks without injections if I wait till 11/18 follow-up appointment. 7:53 PM, 10/25/22

Started fine, but completed “return visit” on 10/20/22 and can’t get a single response. I’m out of medication, it appears they approved a new change, but it’s not at pharmacy and hasn’t shipped to my home. I’ve replied asking for help 3 additional times and nothing. Grossly unacceptable!

I had a follow up appt. 6 days ago, paid my money and have not heard a word! No prescription sent to pharmacy. No message back to me , no phone call, nothing! But they got my money immediately!!!

Update: I voiced my concern here about the lack of communication, and I heard back from them today, finally! They reviewed my records, called in my prescription and I'm on my way to better health. I'm so glad that I had not jumped ship and tried a different site because my experience with hello Alpha up until a week ago had been completely amazing. I understand they have gotten bogged down with so many requests lately, but it seems like they are trying to do their best. I am happy with my service and I will continue with them. Original issue: A week ago which was last Saturday I sent a message about my care and haven't heard back since. I sent an additional note through the messaging system days later and still nothing. 72 hours was when I was supposed to be reached. I'm needing info ony medication they started me on and now I'm concerned I need to find another avenue. 😥 I paid my $35 check up fee, sent my photo and did my part for my appointment and feel like I wasted my time. There's no number to try to call and I'm at a loss. I recommended them to another friend who signed up with Alpha over 72 hrs ago as well and nothing from them for her either. 😥
