I have paid and am still waiting to hear anything from Alpha. It has been over 72 hours and no one has replied to my messages or the voicemail that I left on their phone. I chose alpha for my medical needs because I’ve heard they are good company to go with but at this point I’m frustrated because I haven’t received any communication. On every review alpha comes back and says send a message and we will address your concerns but no one addresses my concerns now.

Just like everyone else’s issue- no response from them. Their website/app says to give them up to 72 hours for a response. This was on Monday 10/24 when I sent in my return visit. It is now Friday 10/28 and I haven’t received a response back. I will be out of medicine by Sunday, 10/30. My first visit went very smooth. I would have given them 5 stars then! Very frustrating!

I did my follow up visit on 10/25, the $35 was processed out of my account and I have not heard anything. I have sent messages requesting to be contacted as well as included my bank statement showing the payment went through. This is very discouraging!!!

Had a great experience initially. But it’s now time for me to get my refill which I filled out promptly the day I was supposed to and it’s been beyond 72hrs and I haven’t heard a thing!!! Really frustrating because now I’m going to miss my dosing day, which completely messes me up. I’d go with another telemedicine company it seems like they’ve grown too quickly and can’t keep up with demand.

I really hate having to write reviews like this, but I am so disappointed with my experience. I used Alpha Medical about a month ago for the first time and had a smooth experience. However, I completed my return visit on October 20th to refill my prescription, and was charged the appointment fee, but have not heard back from my provider. I am due for my next dose today and have no medication to take and still have not heard anything. All I've received is an automated message from the Alpha Team stating that they are receiving unprecedented numbers of visits and my provider will be with me shortly.

It has been three days without my medication and I’m experiencing symptoms of going cold turkey without them. The pharmacy tried to contact alpha medical yesterday and was put on call for over an hour and had to hang up to deal with other patients. Is there a way that I can get a prescription and go fill it myself, I am scared right now because I do not feel safe to drive and do work. I am essentially trapped at home until my symptoms fade. I need ASAP treatment. This is not safe as somebody who takes a SSRI and deals with mental health issues. Please either give me a rx to go do this myself or help me ASAP.

My first two visits went smoothly with quick responses, my 3rd visit not so much. I submitted my follow up on Monday, 10/24, and received a message saying I would hear back within 72 hours. It is now Friday, well over 72 hours and nothing. They are very quick to take your money though as that's debited almost immediately. I understand they are overwhelmed but some kind of update or communication to their existing patients when it's been over the time frame given would be nice. Instead we are left waiting and wondering if we will be able to take our next dosage of medication on time. This is not good Customer Service or the proper way to run a business. Do better Alpha!! Update: It has now been 7 days, 168 hours, since I submitted my follow up consultation and I still have not gotten a response from my provider. This is completely unacceptable and I will now be late for my next dose of medication.

Not responsive. I’ve requested multiple updates and nothing.
