They don't respond - Scam!
Same as others, I sign up on 10/25 and till now still haven't heard back from them, I'm starting to think this is a scam, I even tried to call to their phone number, which btw is just a machin recorded... I messaged them several times and still nothing, I don't know what else to do!

Poor Customer Services
I have been waiting for 6 days for a response from my visit for a prescription refill & I have heard nothing. I have paid for the visit but Alpha has not responded. I have sent additional messages but again no response. My medicine has now run out & I have no prescription. I am very frustrated!

I loved alpha up until recently
I loved alpha up until recently. I have heard back from all of my other visits but the weight loss one, i have not. I will be out of medicine tomorrow, and will have to switch to another platform if this is how it’s going to be from here out. I don’t understand how other people are getting replies the same day but most of us have been waiting over a week???

Still waiting…I give up!
I sent a message a week ago and haven’t received a reply. I’m taking my business elsewhere, because that’s all this is…my “provider” only sent in a prescription for me. I thought you had to have some form of interaction with a medical “professional” via telehealth (zoom, phone call, something???). At this point, I just want my credit card removed from this website so I’m not charged any more!

For the past few months aloha has been…
For the past few months aloha has been great ! This month I haven’t heard from anyone. Said it would take UP to 72 hours and I am now beyond that. I am also without my medication now which is not a great thing. I understand they are overwhelmed but they shouldn’t have taken on extra patients or hire more people ! It’s hurting the customers that were with them. Some people that just started using alpha are getting same day service. It’s not right.

I’ve been charged in my credit card for a return visit 6 days ago, no one responds, no doctor , no customer service . Nothing !! Stay away from this place, waste of time .

I’m good now!
UPDATE; This issue has been resolved. I will continue business with Alpha Medical…praying this won’t happen again First visit was great 2nd visit a disaster. I had virtual appt 1 week ago and nothing back. My act was charged and I can’t get a response. I am trying not to go to better business bureau. Alpha needs to make this right Give me my money back or call in the prescription. I been out meds for 1 week and nothing from Alpha. This should be unlawful.

I’m still waiting for a response, my prescription has not been sent to the pharmacy. This is not right and how you should treat patients.
