We’re sorry for the inconvenience and trouble you went through but maybe I can explain some of the reasoning behind why you saw the columns were blurred out on the tool Cerebro. While Platinum users do have full functionality of Cerebro, there are new features that we release for our higher tier plans such as Diamond - we give a sneak peek/teaser to our other plans about the potential data points/filters that are available. Users can move the blurred columns or remove them completely if they don’t wish to see it! That being said, I understand your frustration and can definitely sympathize with you. I’ve relayed this feedback to our team so that they are aware.
