Went downhill like so many others
If you run a serious multi-marketplace e-commerce business, stay far away from Helium 10. They have officially joined the club of software companies that quietly strip away core features while happily continuing to charge you the exact same monthly subscription fee. We manage operations across 15 different marketplaces. Recently, our internal workflows completely broke because Helium 10 decided to silently cap "Platinum" plan Buy Box alerts to a useless limit of just 5 ASINs across the entire account. Mathematically, this means we can't even track a single product across our active markets. When confronted about shrinking the tool's utility while keeping the price identical, customer support gave us zero solutions other than a corporate script telling us to pay up and upgrade to the expensive "Diamond" tier. Forcing loyal users onto higher pricing tiers by intentionally breaking their existing workflows is an incredibly toxic business practice. The tanking Trustpilot score is well-deserved. We are taking our business and our tech stack to more transparent competitors who actually value partnerships.
