Hi there! Thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback, we appreciate it! We're sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused you. When a user wants to "Upgrade" their account, they'll be able to via the user dashboard. Once a user is ready to upgrade, they'll have to confirm twice that they would like to via two call to action buttons - once when a user selects which plan they would like to upgrade, and a second time during a pop out message to confirm the upgrade. The user will only be charged once the user confirms the second pop up "Yes, Upgrade Now". If you have accidentally upgraded your plan, we would be more than happy to assist you with either downgrading your plan back to its original plan or cancelling your plan all together and reimbursing your payment. Again, we'd like to apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused. Hi Layla! Firstly, I'd like to say thank you for taking the time to leave us your honest feedback, we greatly appreciate it. We'd like to apologize for the inconvenience and the trouble this situation may have caused. We can definitely understand your frustrations with your situation. We understand that people may not want to fully cancel their memberships, hence the reason why we offer users the option to either momentarily pause their account or fully cancel their membership. During the cancellation/pausing process on our dashboard, our system will give out a pop-out message stating either your subscription was paused, or cancelled. If the account was paused, you would have received another e-mail prior to your renewal - where if it was paused by mistake and the intended action was to cancel, you would be more than welcome to reach out to us and our support team to cancel the membership as we're here to help! While we understand that you were charged for two months since your renewal, we were more than happy to accommodate you with at least a refund for the one of the months you were charged since you thought you cancelled your account originally. I again apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused and we appreciate your time. Thank you and have a nice day!

Hi Danielle, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback, feedback in general helps us make improvements to not only our tools but the overall company. We'd like to apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. We allow members to cancel their monthly membership anytime they want! Cancelling a membership does not require any contact with one of our team members, you can simply cancel the membership through your dashboard on the Helium 10 website as displayed here: https://kb.helium10.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000162273-How-Do-I-Cancel-My-Active-Helium-10-Subscription- Our system shows that there was no attempt to cancel the membership from both the dashboard or through contacting our support team, hence the reason why the charges to your account were still being processed. While I understand your frustration, our system does automatically send out monthly invoices when users are charged to the e-mail associated to the account as well as charges would have showed up to your personal bank/credit statements - if charges are still being processed this means your subscription is still active. With those system in place, if one sees being charged for Helium 10, then a user can act on it immediately and decide to keep or cancel the service. I am so sorry that you were unaware of the charges, but unfortunately due to our polices shown here - https://www.helium10.com/terms-and-conditions/ we are unable to process a refund for the duration of your plan.
