Reliable when it comes to paying back
I forgot to cancel the subscription renewal. But the customer service was good and refunded, which is good! All in all I was satisfied with the software

Helium 10 is a great tool if you're selling on Amazon. I'm still learning all the functions but so far so good. I'm hoping to really learn all the ins and outs so I can get the best value. The only small con I see so far is I wish it was a little cheaper.

Bonne expérience avec Helium 10 ! Les outils sont bons pour vendre sur Amazon : recherche de mots-clés, analyse des concurrents, tout y est. L’interface est simple à utiliser, même pour les novices. Le service client est rapide et sympa, et les ressources comme les webinaires sont vraiment utiles. C'est un peu une usine à gaz au début mais on finit par s'y faire.

Pretty good!
I found the customer service to be helpful, the tool itself is not very intuitive at times, and the support articles are not great, so there is a learning curve more so than with other platforms.

The issue was resolved.
I loved the way the team responded to my email in short time. However, sending emails when requesting for an urgent help, it was a time consuming. Therefore, as a customer I would love to have a customer service phone number to contact, instead of using emails.
