Scam - not what I ordered; cheap and fake.

Unfortunately, the ring I ordered was too big for my finger. After numerous emails asking for a return address still nothing has been provided. I’ve had many emails telling me the cost of returns are too high with offered of a refund discount. After emails going backwards and forwards I still haven’t received anything. I believe I probably won’t and I’ve no idea where they are based. Please be careful when ordering as it will take quite a while to get to you and there is no way of getting a refund if there is something wrong or you do not like what you have paid for.

Ordered an opal ring - after 3 weeks got an awful fake blue shell ring - little old white haired lady is a scam

Cheap Chinese crap. There is NOTHING handmade about this rubbish. Absolute scam. Under no circumstances should you buy from this site. Tried contacting them for a refund and will be charged more for returning the items than I paid, or I can 50%off more of their junk.

As I was scrolling my Facebook feed I saw Helen's Gems page and I was amazed of their jewelry designs. So, without any hesitations I ordered 5 pcs of earrings coz I love earrings. And so excited to have them. Now I have them and wearing it daily I so much love it so beautiful it makes me happy everyday. I really recommend Helen's Gems 5 stars for you and the team. Hugs Leny

Do not buy anything from this store. They market cheap plastic jewelry from China as if it were handmade. The items I received looked so cheap I wouldn’t even give them to children. They arrived in plastic bags labeled “Made in China,” and each piece is probably worth no more than two or three dollars.

I just received my purchase and am happy. They are larger than I expected which gives me more possibilities. Thanks!

Slow shipsping so gift too late for Christmas . Return policy not as stated. Only refunded $17 on a $59 purchase. Didn’t love the quality
