I love the pieces that I ordered. The earrings are elegant, but fun, as they each are different. The ring set is beautiful, unfortunately I ordered a size too small for my ring finger, but they are perfect for my pinky fingers. So, I split the set and I am now wearing two rings on the right hand and two on the left, giving me bling on both hands. Your method of shipping was great and the arrival was timely. Received my two pairs of earrings which were of extremely low standard in fact don’t look at all handmade just cheap junk. I have asked for a refund and all I’ve back is some odd email about charging me £50 to send them back or half price on something else, but no offer of a refund without me paying £50. I would be aware of ever purchasing from this company. I think they are scammers. I am waiting for my full refund before going to trading standards please be aware anybody buying from this company. It is truly not nice jewellery

Total scam - don't be fooled by the website which is bogus - Helen does not exist - it is a cheap chinese company - ripping people off - poor quality you could not give away.

I ordered because I felt sorry for the old lady and the closing down sale. And the jewelry looked nice. But what arrived was not made in Utah in her workshop but says even on it “made in Korea”. Not even silver is pronounced correctly. Very cheap. Not worth a dollar. So they took my money and sent me super cheap stuff instead. Don’t fall for it!!

I have purchased from Helen’s gem based in Utah supposedly but it is a total scam. I have not received any tracking information and they just respond that it is in transit.

Not made by a real jeweler but cheap manufactured junk not made by a lovely woman in Utah but cheaply manufactured and one earring finding broke right away. Pot metal not sterling silver. Came from an address for a wholesale distribution warehouse in Vernon, CA.

do not buy. throwing away money. I ordered one item and the crap that arrived was like something out of a fair ground machine, absolute tat not the gold necklace I paid for. I complained but their returns policy is to pay them another $50 to return it or to pay for further crap on the site. This is NOT a closing down sale just a clever scam. The bank is unsupportive because their returns policy is on their website! It was supposed to be a present for my daughter for Xmas :(
