I wish I had read the negative reviews. I was only exposed to the positive reviews. I ordered 3 rings and one ring does not look like what was pictured and is ugly and bulky. I don't believe the other 2 rings are even what I ordered. The one ring was supposed to have a pearl in it and it came with a blue stone, I think this is probably cheap custome jewelry. The rings don't fit right believe are miss sized. They came with no invoice just like Temu. When I purchased these items my invoice was not sent to me. I wanted to return the items but was not sent any return information. One of the ri is is pretty even though it's not what I ordered. I'm wondering if my finger will turn green. my advice is not to buy anything on FB. I purchased a course and can't even access it. The creator of the course has never responded to my email. Received the rings today 3/15/25.

I ordered two rings, and a pair of earrings-- the rings are very small, I ordered size 7 and my ring finger is a 4.5 tops and one fits on it. The earrings are not even blue, they are green, in life I would not have paid for any of these in person. Perhaps I got duped, perhaps not but there was international and then domestic US shipping both. Neither from the southwest of the US where I believed the shop to be. Glad I did not order more, and find the entire order unfortunate. While the original designs look great--what I received is subpar at best and I am only happy I did not order more. That is the world we live in I guess.

I have not received my orders yet but I too am VERY SKEPTICAL. The emails I receive show they are from the email address the shop shows as their address in the note on the Trustpilot page with the reviews. All of the tracking info I have received is showing the packages coming from a foreign country. It all sounds very suspicious to me.

At first I was extremely happy with my purchases. But after 2 days of wearing the rings I ordered, my fingers turned black from where the rings were on my fingers. I like the jewellery designs, I think they’re beautiful but very overpriced and deceiving considering the metal is a cheap metal used making them hence why my fingers turned black. I was going to order more jewellery but now sadly I won’t. I’m so sorry for this review, but I used to work in the jewellery trade creating custom made designs and I’m very disappointed.

2 stars only because the order arrived about 3 weeks after ordering. Helen's Gems does not give a date for closing and I am suspecting the 'closing sale' is a scam. The 3 pairs of earrings I ordered look quite cheap and with my sensitivity to anything other than gold, I'm quite suspicious of them. The fact that the 'shop' claims to be in Utah, USA and the tracking shows locations in China gives me the sense that this is a scam. I emailed and the response was that they had to sometimes locate a different courier company. That makes no sense if you are handcrafting jewelry in Utah, that you would hire a courier in China to send to Canada!

I finally received my order by way of California and sad to say that though the jewelry looked like the website it was not hand made but a cheap imitation. I would not recommend anyone buying from this website

Hi, I was disappointed by my items. I waited a long time to receive them and when I saw them there’re not as beautiful as the pictures on the website. My jewelry looks like the pictures but are made of plastic. The bracelet is too small and the chain of the necklace is torn.
