Exquisite ear-rings

I finally received my order by way of California and sad to say that though the jewelry looked like the website it was not hand made but a cheap imitation. I would not recommend anyone buying from this website

Do Not Order from this site. Total Scam. I ordered 2 rings just before Christmas. The rings never arrived. I was told repeatedly to wait for the delivery and when I emailed re. non-delivery a month later I was told we are unable to accommodate cancellations or modifications to orders once they have been shipped. So disappointing....

I ordered 4 pieces of jewelry on December 17 and received notice that the order shipped December 18. It is now January 14 and the order has not arrived. Efforts to track the shipment show the state of Florida where I live with a location pin indicating the city where I live. It has looked entirely the same since December 18. I wrote and asked Helen’s Gems who they used to ship and they replied ‘USPS’. According to the PO that order shipped from Utah should have been here long ago. I have now requested and received a full refund from my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. There is no Helen’s Gems and This company ships from China!

The quality of the earrings is fantastic. Comfy to wear beautiful colours. I love them thank you. I live in Cyprus so took a while to reach me but worth the wait.

Truffa. Ho ricevuto prodotti scadenti che in nessuna parte rispettano la descrizione fornita nel sito. Anche io ho chiesto il reso e ho ricevuto una mail in cui mi veniva proposto di acquistare altri prodotti con un ulteriore sconto. É una frode!

Please do not purchase from this website it is a total scam and I spent £100 stupidly thinking I was getting a hand made pearl necklace made in the USA which was for a friend’s special birthday. It all arrived in little bags from China, no box or anything and the pearls are plastic and frankly could not give them to the charity shop! A lesson learnt, but what a disgrace that this happens and charging good money for absolute Chinese junk. PLEASE BEWARE I now believe there are two sites and the one with the grey haired lady closing down her company in the US is a total scam and please do not get caught like many of us have!

After reading positive reviews and seeing the note on trust pilot from Helens Gems themselves about copycats and making sure to order direct from them, I did just that. Thought I had done my due diligence but obviously there are fake reviews on trust pilot because what I received is cheap crap. They reel you in with stories of 30 years of craftsmanship and closing down sale. As the sale was enticing I bought more items than I was looking for. However the items that arrived are not worth more than a pound or two each. Communication about the order at all stages was forthcoming and clear but when the order arrived I knew from the outside that something was amiss because the package said from Hong Kong. The items inside while all look similar to what I ordered are most definitely not high quality handmade items. They are cheap fashion jewellery I wouldn't have spent even €5 on it for my niece to play with, let alone the €90 I did waste. Also the edges of one of the bracelets are rough, the bracelet is simply thick guage wire that has not been finished and will scratch skin or catch on clothes. Unhappy with Helens Gems, Trust pilot and myself for being naive to believe the online reviews.
