HEB it has the best quality on products and the cheapest prices on all DFW in Texas Everything here is amaizing Customer service,prodict,price, good location in Plano tx and Waxahachie tx Billones times better than Walmart, kroger, Thomas thum, etc, etc

Low low quality fruit and vegetables and empty shelfs. HEB IS SUCKS

Today was my first time to have groceries delivered by HEB everything was fine until I got to the French bread from the bakery. It was so hard and stale I couldn't believe they would even bring this to a customer. So I looked for the sticker that usually has the price and date and there wasn't one so that tells me that old bread was taken out of the original bag that had the date and price on it and placed in a new one. I know it was just bread but when you're looking forward to something and also spent money on it you want it to be right. And I might add that the time I had the delivery setup there should have been fresh bread by then...VERY DISSAPOINTED

I like the way HEB have organized all the stuff. I am located in Lake Jackso, TX and HEB is my prefer supermarket. The reason of this review is to alert the HEB management and the consumer to be aware the articles under "cleareance" (the ones with a yellow sticker) sometimes (it happens to me at least four times and today I decided to inform in this review), are not correct located and "in my case" were taken with the "no cleareance price". I informed the customer service at the shop the time it happened to me, because I have the discipline to review the invoice when at home. But I have to go back to the store to claim and that take time.... Anyway, the opportunity is to put the yellow sticker covering the original price sticker, and in this way, at the cashier it will not be a problem.....The advice to the customer is to review all the time the invoices and check for mistakes...

I am new to TX and discovered H‑E‑B. This is an amazing grocery store! I can not believe the size. I have always had great products and service here in Houston TX. I am very disappointed in reading all bad reviews because of a single product that was purchased. I believe that if the reviews were rating the overall store it was be a 4.5-5 star. You can’t go wrong shopping here in person or delivery!!

Tried your "Chicken Tenders with Fries" dinner. Awful beyond words. Chicken was so dry you could build a building with it. Crust was tasteless and hard too. Fries actually ok. Very disappointed in HEB plus a total waste of money....went in the garbage.
