your mozzarella cheese brand "hill country fare" is the worse cheese ever,there are so many great brands out there ..this shredded cheese you use is really bad, replace it with a better brand

Had the grill fired up ready to cook some beef short ribs from heb opened the package and the smell just about knocked me over spoiled! This is the last time we get red meat beef from heb. Im not sure who there supplier is but too often we get bad beef form them last time was some thick cut ribeyes smelled ok but gave 4 people diarrhea! This happened 4 or 5 different times just took me a minute to realize what was causing it. We also cooked a prime rib roast from heb and once again all who ate had bad diarrhea. I even thought i was getting some kid of red meat intolerance. Even the heb hamburger meat was messing my family up. Sad thing is it took some experimenting to figure this out So we bought red meat from sams and nobody had any problems. We then ate some steaks from heb again and everyone diarrhea again. Not sure why hebs red meat only is so bad pork and chicken no problems. We do all our grocery shopping at heb and we buy red meat elsewhere. I sure wish the would correct this problem. We cant be the only ones having these issues. This is at heb on dowlen rd in beaumont texas

I just to say HEB mi ed berries protein bars are the best protein I have ever eaten I buy 4 boxes at a time and when I dont have one my anxiety kicks in please never stop selling them. They are the outstanding and the price is great too. This is true a winner..

I am a truck driver that delivers goods to your distribution centers. I will say y’all have the slowest and most unorganized system. It takes a half of a day to unload a trailer and then you keep trucks waiting for hours and hours idling and waiting for you to count the freight. We did not load the trailers if there is a discrepancy then you need to address that with who you purchased the goods from. 1-2 hours tops should be the total limit to unload trailers and get drivers back on the road. I’ve delivered to multiple locations and this happens at every location. Y’all have to do better than this. Drivers are already tired and yet you hold them until you count every last piece we are on a time frame and you and the other big companies are putting the drivers and others at risk.

HEB was my #1 store to shop. But I am going to start shopping at Krogers. I am sorry but yall produce is not what it use to be. It's either ripe or goes bad. Sorry HEB won't come back until y'all fix y'all produce.

Ordered from H‑E‑B 42nd st Odessa Texas for delivery No email, phone call or text was sent to me to confirm order. Order was placed and paid for to be delivered between 3pm - 4pm. Meanwhile the weather got bad and it started pouring outside. At 4 pm no delivery but my bank account was charged. So I went back to the oder online and it was marked as delivered! I got in my car and drove through the neighborhood only to find my groceries sitting in the rain in front of a vacant house. I was drenched and so was my groceries At best I will be refunded my delivery fee and driver tip. No apologies were given. Great job H‑E‑B for blaming an outside company for bad service. The groceries came from your store and my money went to your store. If you can’t accept responsibility for your delivery service then why do you offer it? Why don’t you take your corny advertising off the media and use it to run an efficient delivery service of your own.

Typically I have a good experience at H-E-B. You guys always have what I need and the cashiers are always very nice. Tonight my cashier was Mia G on WW White. She didn’t say hello or smile but she was talking and I couldn’t figure out who she was talking to until I saw her phone by the register and it appeared she had an earpiece. She didn’t hear anything I said and didn’t say thank you. She was smiling, talking and laughing on her phone though. She may think no one notices but we all do. She made me feel invisible and unseen.

Too many employees in the way. Can't get down aisles or to shelves. It was bad enough when stockers were everywhere, now there's personal shoppers everywhere and they don't bother to get out of the way. Switching to Kroger's.
