I’ve had frozen cranberries on my shopping list for about a year now and haven’t been able to find them anywhere. I’ve looked at lots of different stores. I finally found some at the HEB in Ennis, Tx!

Tried your HEB brand Hayride breakfast sausage, one word yuck! I don’t know what the spice is but not very “Texas “ tasting. The only upside is it is for a limited time. Trying to save money, what a waste.

I went not long ago to HEB. The cashier never made eye contact and was quiet. There was no bagger, I began bagging my own groceries. The bad thing was that there was this manager chit chatting away with an employee, she looked at me and didn't offer to help!! She just kept on chatting away!! Unacceptable!!!! Store at Champion forest next to HW.99, These employees should be RETRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I'm a customer of HEB Richmond Texas for long time . Since I don't have a car, I been using curbside delivery. Because is combined to me . I had so many problems with bad experience with the food. I always get 5 to 6 items wrong or they're rotten or I get food that I did not ordered or I get the same item two or three times every time i get my groceries. I don't mind if they want to send me free food!! But every time I complained the managers that i took to . They're very rude ,very rude and they're trying to resolve the issue and send me the right food. They sent me the same items. One time they have to come to my house 3 times for a watermelon that I ordered seedless so, I end up getting 3 watermelon until they told me to cut the watermelon and take it a picture .and to send it to them . Curbside managers they're not well trained to be a manager. Because some of the curbside managers that I took to, they said different staff. Like they not allow to take the food back ,or take it pictures of the food or bring the food back . Who understands there dialect!! Or they rules. Like yesterday afternoon I had problems with my order I spent it almost $ 300 hundred dollars of the food. And there it goes again I end up with a rotten mangos watermelon . The bananas were very very soft. I ordered paraboiled regular rice and I got wheat brown rice. I ordered honey wheat bread and I got the wrong brand . And they send me 2. . I ordered liptom lemon ice tea, I got peach ice tea. I called heb Curbside I spoke with the manager Mr. Ben which he was so nice... he said that he was going to take care the issue. Well I was waiting for my right groceries . I got the same items. OMG !!! IS is that difficult to find the right items. I end up with the same thing ,I complained again and Mr. Ben wasn't there any more. And the Curbside manager in the evening wished was a woman . That was one of rude person that I spoke to. She told me take the groceries back, or she can give my money back,then she said just whatever with the food . I told her I just wanted the right food. This woman did not let took So, she send another person to delivered my food. Wish again was the wrong food.!!! So ,I end up with 3 bags of wheat bread. 4 bags of the brown rice.and 6 mangos , 2 watermelons. A free bag with 4 big peaches and more bananas.. It was a disaster. It not the first time . Is allways the same problem. All I want is my groceries right!!!! I don't think the people whom are getting ready the food to be delivered ,don't know what they doing. And some of the Curbside managers are very rude like the one that I took to,yesterday evening. !!!!!.So RUDE. I DON'T HAVE A CAR . THAT'S WHY I ORDERED MY GROCERIES ON LINE.

Order number #HEB16291688461. Home delivery in pickup in the rain. All cardboard boxes were ruined. Every heb bag is full of water. Store on Paredes Line in Brownsville TX. Doesn't care.

I went to HEB off of O'Connor to find some natural face products and Brie was such a huge help. I felt like it was a friend suggestion care products to me Thanks Brie !!!

HEB is hands-down the best grocery store chain in the USA. They are locally based, locally focused, and have always been a staple for my family. They have issues sometimes keeping shelves stocked on certain items but they are getting better on that front. And any time there is a calamity they are literally the "first" responder helping their community put the pieces back together.

Bought a cake august 1 through home delivery. Cake had ants. New cake issued but my room is infested.
