HEB normally has good products but their Zero Original Cola should be avoided like the plague. I Cannot stand seltzer (such as Perrier) but I would even drink that before this cola. I am almost 60 years old and it is the absolute worst I have tasted with or without sugar in my life.

Not sure whats been happening with the hebs in san antonio but I have noticed a lot of there products have changed particularly the pumpkin tasting ones. The pumpkin empanadas and the pumpkin pies no longer tease good. Something has changed and this is a flavor I have enjoyed as a kid and cant anymore.

I like HEB because it’s convenient, but not anymore, I bought grocery for 5 days the most are the cheap brands as I shop with budget in mind. Everything totaled to 130 dlrs, 7 grocery bags in total. At the start of the years 130 was 7 days worth of groceries.

April 18, 2026, I placed a delivery order from HEB (Westheimer/Kirkwood Location), paid the delivery fee of $7.95 and tipped the driver $8.00. I reported a case of water was missing and received an email that I will receive a refund in 5 business days. Why Yudiel was not called and told to deliver the water the cameras showed him leaving with? I now have to pay another $7.95 + tip. HEB, I prefer the case of water without having to pay another large deliver amount. How many other victims have to wait for a refund?

Someone needs to check the taste of the rice and beans. We bought two chicken plates at the Marbach and 410 store on 02/10/25 the rice was completely tasteless and the beans were way over salted. The chicken quarters could have been cooked a little longer.

I normally buy Meyerberg 64 oz goat milk at HEB. Lately I have found out that the same brand is sold at Randalls for $2.26 less.

H.E.B. Customer elizabeth I live in Bastrop Texas and Shop at our one and only real grocery store in town. Bastrop has, been a boomtown for the last forty years It has long outgrown our store here. The parking lot is extremely inconvenient and overflowing I tell you as a senior citizen The hike from starbucks to the front door is no fun. The store's been under construction for a long time now and Is a Constant disarray and confusion. Due to the curbside service, That came into effect during the pandemic, Has now just regarded the install customers. The large carts filling the orders Of several customers at a time. Make the experience even more Is Inconvenient stressful, And time consuming. Unfortunately i've been Forced to shop at walmart Across highway 71 Because I have not been able to even get into the parking much less find a place to park. I'm not complaining.I'm actually begging that you open another store nearby our area, It may very well be profitable and worth your while, To consider opening a new store along highway 95 between Bastrop and Elgin/ Manor TX , They have installed a new travel center.A few years back now. Buckies, And have made that part of town overflowing with traffic and out of towners. The news store should not have the big cart curb service at that location.This is for your loyal customers who have shopped with you for years, Yeah continue to have everything that h e b has from the pharmacy to the wonderful bakery to the seafood section and produce and all of the little samples and courtesy that are along the throughout the store. And make shopping a more happy and pleasant experience.I'm sure i'm not alone when I say this as a customer. I hope you'll know.This is a great idea and jump on this project as soon as possible.Because If any a little boom town needed a second H.E b it is Bastrop Texas.
