The favor delivery is awful much of the time. Stop hiring illegals

I am 4th generation loyal shopper at HEB for many years. I used to be proud of this store. But since the pandemic started l noticed that many good brands have been taken off the shelves. Some of the meats don't look fresh. The prices have gone exceedingly high. How are the elderly, single moms,and people on fixed income suppose to put good food on the table for our families? I just want the old HEB back!

Buda Juice. This is awful sh@t. HEB used to sell their own fresh lime juice that was very good. We use a lot of lime-juice. This Buda Juice tastes like the macerate the peel and flesh. The result is bitter, tasting like the worst part of the lime zest. We've tried it three times now (you think we'd learn), thinking perhaps we just got a bad batch... Nope.

We purchased HEB Stride hydration drink, my wife nor I couldn't open the top to drink. Im a big person, still couldn't open them. Had to get pliers just to get the lid off. Packaging needs to be informed on these drinks.

I was tempted yesterday c as I shopped by your packaging of the HEB Flavors of Texas Beef Fajita Soup. I purchased one of the beef and one of the chicken. My husband tried the fajita. He was very disappointed! The soup was mostly Broth and peppers! There was a pretty good amount of the meat. There was a scant amount of black beans, corn, green bell pepper and no tomatoes! The flavor was almost ok after my husband doctored it up. Really a disappointment on the price of over $2.00 a container! Most HEB products are better than most other brands of food products. We are hoping the chicken will be better.. Thank you!

Count cash money back to the customer properly, instead of handing it to me not saying anything. It is becoming a common thing.

Used to love H-E-B but now that they have swamped the store with substandard brands the prices are more that the brand name. Really needs to be another option to grocery shopping besides H-E-B.
