Today one of the young guys helped me by going into the back to get me some pie crust when the shelf was empty. Very nice extra mile!

Extremely disappointed in HEB!! You guys are ridiculous with your prices!!! I’m disgusted that I have no choice but to shop here! Quality is bad, but the prices are still high. The produce is crap. The tortillas aren’t good. I came to the store yesterday the pumpkins were 3.97! Today they’re almost $9!!!! You’re greedy for no reason!!!!!

I have been extremely disappointed with the way I've been treated at the H-E-B in Lampasas, Texas. I work 14 to 18 hours a day, often doing physically demanding work. When I stop for groceries after work, I'm usually covered in dirt and whatever else comes with earning an honest living. Apparently, that is enough for some employees to look at me differently and make me feel unwelcome. I've received uncomfortable looks, disrespectful attitudes, and treatment that has made me seriously question whether I was being judged or treated with prejudice because of my appearance. On one occasion, I had a shopping cart full of groceries when an employee asked whether I needed bags and then questioned whether I had enough money to pay for my purchases. Seriously? Just because I'm covered in dirt from working all day doesn't mean I can't afford my groceries. I work hard for my money, and I shouldn't have to prove my financial standing or dress a certain way to receive basic courtesy and respect. What makes this worse is that this wasn't the first time I've felt disrespected at this location. A grocery store should welcome its customers, regardless of how they're dressed, what they look like, or what kind of work they do. Hardworking people deserve respect, not judgment. I've made my decision. I will never shop at this H-E-B again. I would rather purchase my groceries from a local gas station than put myself through another uncomfortable and humiliating experience. My advice to H-E-B management is simple: Train your employees to treat every customer with dignity, professionalism, and respect. Nobody should be made to feel inferior simply because they walk into your store after a long day's work. Rating: 1 out of 5 stars. You lost a customer, and based on my repeated experiences, I cannot recommend this location.

I've always loved how friendly dl) and helpful all of the associates are. Love all of the in-store coupons, especially the one where you buy one item and get everything else for a meal free. I also like that with self-checkout and the manned checkouts and can always get out fast. Unlike the other stores in our area.

I went into the location on Indian Trail Rd. and was very impressed by the help given to me by the cashier Karen H. I was having trouble using my wallet feature on my phone and she went above and beyond to assist me.

HEB employees no longer conduct in-house home delivery. Home delivery is now outsourced to delivery vendors (e.g. Instacart, etc.) who must pick out, bag, and deliver the items. Result, 1/2 gallon of milk all over kitchen floor, 5# rice packed with 5# of canned goods causing the bag to split open on the way from the front door to the kitchen. Not a fan and will no longer buy from HEB home delivery. As an aside, Kroger uses refrigerated vans for home delivery, so no milk or frozen items in the back seat of a car when its 100 degrees.

Went to grocery store Tuesday night. Guy walked in with his dog . Not a service dog, wasn’t wearing any type of vest. Why was he allowed to shop in the store. No one pointed him or his dog to leave the store. He and his dog walked by several heb employees and they said nothing. I don’t want to be barked at or bitten by a dog in the grocery store. Plus some people don’t take care of their dog for as hygiene, and you letting dogs walk around the store were we are buying food. If this is a practice you let happen I will shop at Walmart. Fry rd and Tuckertone, funky ass dogs walking around in the store. Need to question how you are treating the food in your store. Is it safe to buy. Dogs have fleas.

HEB normally has good products but their Zero Original Cola should be avoided like the plague. I Cannot stand seltzer (such as Perrier) but I would even drink that before this cola. I am almost 60 years old and it is the absolute worst I have tasted with or without sugar in my life.
