We offer a 45-day no-risk trial with a 100% money-back guarantee, which allows customers to return their hearing aids within the trial period for a refund. Our team has reviewed your case and return records extensively. While we did receive a returned package from you, our records indicate that the hearing aids themselves were not included in that return. As such, we were unable to process your request for a refund. This information was communicated to you by our team in April.
