I’ve had nothing but great experiences with headway and I have been using their platform for almost 2 years. They are responsive when I’ve reached out for assistance. I like all of the features they have been adding. It’s definitely a great service for providers, especially ones starting out their practice!

Headway is exceeding all expectations I have as a new provider. It is like making wishes —I ask for help and it comes. I am so grateful to David I for recruiting me and for each and every fantastic support person who I ask a question in the middle of the the night in the green dot at the side of the page and instead of AI a human emails me the next day. I receive. a well worded and organized solution to my question no matter how trivial or seemingly huge. They are patient with my learning curve and have tons of education videos. I suffered in other platforms compared to this. I cannot say enough positive things about Headway. I am shocked. TY Mark/Jarel/Hannah I can”recall the names there are too many!!! lol at my trust pilot usually I complain but not with Headway, I vote YES. PS it is so patient friendly. Easy for our patients!

Overall positive experience.

Overall, once you do the assessment, how do I makes it very simple to write your notes. I use AI writing, not the AI which records the session and then plugged information in. I would’ve given five stars, but I think the pay is a lot less than what I was originally told. I noticed many other areas pay more according to as I see online, which is frustrating. I work with clients from those areas yet. I get the pay for my area, which is not fair.

HW is the greatest company I have ever worked for… The customer service when I have any questions are answered within an hour and this is not just a one time thing it's over a year the fact that I have such great support I just feel so comfortable and that is such a wonderful feeling when you're doing intense clinical work that Headway allows us to do and then for them to be able to also have such an amazing group of supporting staff I just honestly cannot thank Headway enough for existing and allowing me to do my dream job especially as an older single mom it really would be impossible for me to do this job if Headway was not in existence I am so eternally grateful thank you so much

There was a billing error pit into my account but Headway handled the situation quickly and efficiently.

It has been an amazing experience thus far.

Options provided for notewriting is great along with prompt remuneration for services.
