Have been with Headway for over three years now. Love how easy they have made it to take commercial insurances, reduced my company's overhead, and income tracking. Would give them five stars if it wasn't for an occasional insurance credentialing delay and/or billing hiccup.

Headway helps to keep things organized and makes managing a business calendar, clinical notes, insurance, and client payment nearly effortless. They offer a lot to the clinicians who opt in, including continuing education opportunities, and they are receptive to service requests.

I couldn't be more grateful for the care I've received. Doctor creates a warm, non-judgmental space where you immediately feel heard, respected, and understood. Her approach to mental healthcare is thoroughly compassionate and evidence-based, taking the time to explain treatment plans and adjust them to what works best for you. Highly recommend.

Having a structured referral system would help providers grow their caseloads more efficiently and ensure clients are matched with clinicians who have availability and the right specialty. Headway’s customer support can be difficult to reach, and responses often take longer than expected. When issues come up—especially those affecting billing, scheduling, or insurance—there isn’t always a clear or timely way to get help. A more accessible and consistent support system would make a big difference for clinicians who rely on the platform for daily operations. Overall, Headway is a useful tool for providers who want help managing insurance and administrative tasks. With improvements in clarity, usability, and a referral option for clinicians, it could become an even more effective platform.

When I was onboarded, I was told I would get assistance with referrals and never have. I have only had 3 headway clients in 2 years. I do not know if there is an option for live support which would be beneficial as creating a ticket for such small, issues is time consuming. There may be a way to access customer service, but I have never figured it out. Thanks
